Mobility Matters! The Side-Lying Windmill is outstanding for integrating in thoracic extension and rotation. Your top leg should be propped up on a roller or small med ball to set up a neutral spine. Follow your hand with your eyes as you rotate around and exhale slowly after it passes your head. The upper back should be creating the range of motion not the shoulder.
