Bench T-Spine Mobilization Have a tight thoracic spine? Well, most of us do. This will mobilize more than just the t-spine. You’ll also get a great stretch thru your lats, long-head of the triceps, and shoulder flexion range of motion. Exhale at the bottom. Try and get some extension with your upper back at the bottom.
