TRX Flutter with Fallout Extension This is a two for one core movement. Fights extension and rotation in the spine (arching and twisting). Squeeze your butt and abs hard. Tuck your ribs down into your pelvis and pack your supporting shoulders down for both the single and double arm portions of the exercise.
